Here is all you need:
- About 2 cups cut up left over chicken
- 1 can cream of broccoli soup
- 1 can cream of celery soup
- 1 can cheddar soup
- 1 can potato soup
- Half bag of frozen peas
- 1 box frozen puffed pastry shells
Bake puffed pastry shell according to package just before you are ready to serve.
When puffed pastry shells are done, remove tops and fill with mixture from the crop-pot. Enjoy!
Dessert : Hutterite Sucre Pie
This recipe I found in a book I was reading called "I am Hutterite" by Mary-Ann Kirkby ( Wonderful book and I recommend it )
Easy, Easy, Easy all you need:
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 egg
- 2/3 Cup of sugar
- 2 tbsp. corn starch
- 1 prepared unbaked pie-shell ( bake pie shell in 350* over for 10 minutes)
- Cinnamon
Beat together ingredients 1-4 and pour into a cooled pie crust that has been baked for 10 minutes at 350*
Sprinkle with cinnamon and bake for another 35-40 minutes
Serve pie warm <- this is a must ( yummy, yummy,yummy)
